Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of Sublime Trading Assistant and supplement the details of the plan you choose.

What the service provides
The platform offers football information, statistics, analysis, editorial content and tools to record and review trades. Availability depends on your plan and enabled features. Sublime is not a bookmaker: it does not accept bets, hold a gambling bankroll or execute trades for you. Journal amounts are records entered by the user.
Eligibility and accounts
Registration is for people aged 18 or over. Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully in your country. The age declaration at registration is not documentary age verification. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Analysis, forecasts and artificial intelligence
Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Historical results, frequencies, scenarios and AI text do not guarantee future events, profits or income. Check dates, samples and sources. AI supports interpretation; it does not place bets for you. AI-generated editorial images may be illustrative rather than documentary photographs of the event.
Plans, prices and payments
Before purchasing, check the total price, currency, taxes, billing period, features and conditions shown for the plan and at checkout. Monthly auto-renewing plans continue until cancelled under the stated terms. Annual plans renew automatically only where that condition is expressly presented and accepted at purchase; a non-renewing prepaid annual plan ends after its term. A free account does not authorise charges. Paid access depends on payment confirmation.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Manage subscriptions from your account. Cancelling a future renewal, withdrawing from a contract and closing an account are different actions. Read Subscriptions and rights for withdrawal periods, forms and refunds. Simply accessing the platform does not automatically remove statutory rights.
Content and permitted use
You retain rights in the data and notes you enter and permit processing needed to provide the features you request. Do not enter third-party data without a lawful basis, exploit vulnerabilities, share access to evade limits or redistribute protected content or data in bulk without permission. Restrictions do not override uses allowed by law.
Continuity, changes and responsibility
Maintenance and interruptions may occur. Abuse-related restrictions should be proportionate and, where possible, explained. Material changes to terms will be communicated before taking effect and will not retroactively remove acquired rights. Mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and statutory remedies for non-conforming services remain available.
Disputes and versions
Operator details and complaint channels appear in this legal centre. Portuguese law, where applicable, does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. No waiver of the legally competent courts is required. Previously accepted document versions are retained for reference.
