This notice explains how information enters the service, how it is used and how you can exercise your rights.

Account and service
We process your name, email, password hash, language, preferences and session data to create and protect your account and provide the requested service. The Journal holds fixtures, trades, amounts and notes you enter. Necessary processing relies on performance of the contract. Mandatory fields are marked; without them the requested feature may not be available.
AI and private content
When you request a private interpretation or use AI Coach, where available, your question and the facts needed for analysis may be sent to the configured AI provider. Avoid sensitive or unnecessary third-party information. General match reports may be reused across users; private Journal data is not published in articles by the service. AI responses may be wrong and require human review.
Billing, security and measurement
Tax details and payment references support contracts, legal obligations and transaction records. Card handling is performed by the payment provider; this module does not collect full card numbers. Security and acceptance records help protect accounts and evidence actions, based on legitimate interests and applicable obligations. Optional editorial measurement requires acceptance and can be refused or disabled without losing access.
Recipients and transfers
Operational providers and international transfer arrangements are described below. Authorities or professionals under confidentiality duties may also receive information where necessary and lawfully justified. Following an external link does not automatically transmit your Journal. Privacy requests are not used for advertising.
Retention and account closure
Retention periods and criteria are set out below. Closing an account revokes access and removes or anonymises some data, but does not automatically erase all history: Journal trades, fiscal and audit records may require further handling or justified retention. Use the erasure form to request deletion. Backups follow the retention cycle confirmed by the controller.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable. You may withdraw optional choices at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension. Identity checks will be proportionate. You may complain to the CNPD or another competent supervisory authority.
Decisions and security
Analysis suggestions do not by themselves make decisions with legal effects about you. Access is controlled by account and permissions, and forms are protected against forged requests. No service can promise absolute security. Report incidents to the privacy contact.

Service providers
We use hosting and technical service providers to operate the platform and store its data. Service messages are sent through an email provider. Artificial intelligence features send the request and the information used to prepare the response to the relevant provider. For private features, this information may include Trading Journal data. Data is shared to provide the features being used and to comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods and criteria
Account and Trading Journal data is retained while the service is being used. Following account closure, it is retained for one year. Support requests, privacy requests and supporting records are retained for one year. Invoicing documents are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Technical records and backups are retained indefinitely. Erasure requests are assessed individually. Some records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or to defend legal claims, with a defined justification and retention period.
Locations and international transfers
We use hosting, communications and artificial intelligence services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer takes place, we apply the safeguards required by law, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, where applicable.
