Before paying
Check the total price, taxes, currency, duration, renewal and features. Keep the contract and payment confirmation. Contract information should be supplied in a durable medium. Registering a free account is not purchasing a paid plan.
Withdrawal
For consumer service contracts concluded remotely, a 14-day withdrawal period from contract conclusion generally applies, without giving a reason. More favourable periods and statutory exceptions remain applicable. Use the form below or another clear declaration sent to the operator contacts. You do not need to sign in.
Service commencement and refunds
Signing in does not itself waive withdrawal. If you expressly request service commencement during the withdrawal period, only a lawfully due and previously disclosed proportional amount may be charged. Loss of the right following full performance requires the applicable legal conditions and express acknowledgements. Refunds due following withdrawal are processed within the statutory period, normally within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless validly agreed otherwise.
Renewal, accounts and complaints
Use subscription management to stop future renewal. Account closure or a privacy request does not automatically issue a refund. Billing or service complaints can be addressed to support, the Electronic Complaints Book and the alternative dispute resolution bodies identified below. Statutory remedies for lack of conformity remain available independently of withdrawal periods.
